Welcome! We're Michael and Rose, and we're so glad you're considering a stay with us in beautiful Berkeley Springs. We're entering the exciting and bittersweet chapter of becoming empty nesters while looking ahead to retirement and all the adventures that come with it. As we began planning this next stage of life, we wanted a place where we could reconnect with nature, spend time with our grown children (and future grandchildren), and create lasting family memories. When we discovered Berkeley Springs, we knew we had found something special. We fell in love with its beautiful mountain scenery, historic downtown, welcoming community, and slower pace of life. Whether you're exploring local shops and restaurants, relaxing in the famous mineral baths, hiking nearby trails, or spending a day at Cacapon Resort State Park, there's always something to enjoy. Owning vacation homes here is part of our dream for retirement. While we're still working, we're excited to share our homes with guests who want to experience everything that makes Berkeley Springs such a unique destination. We personally manage our properties and take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped spaces where guests can relax and feel at home.
